Renault and the British manufacturer Caterham, both also involved in F1 want to jointly develop road sports car. They will be built in the Renault Alpine plant in Dieppe in Normandy.
Caterham, known for the two-seater Seven, participates in this half of Alpine and takes 50 percent of Renault shares. The new company, to be established in January 2013, Alpine Caterham hot. The management takes the Renault manager Bernard Ollivier.
