The Williams F1 team development driver Susie Wolff tested today for the first time in the Williams FW33 during the Williams F1 partner event at Silverstone. Susie graduated twice a 50-kilometer run on the International Circuit at Silverstone. Susie had the first run due to the wet road even before they go on rain tires with slicks for the second time was on the track.
Susie spent in their role as development rider a lot of time in the simulator in order to be prepared for its first test. Today Susie had the first opportunity to test the Williams F1 cars extensively on the racetrack. Susie was hired in April 2012 at Williams F1 as a development driver, making it one of the very few women who have made their way into Formula 1. In addition to its role in Williams F1 Susie is already running in your seventh year in the DTM.
