The Volkswagen Group will extend its cooperation with the Chinese automaker First Automotive Works (FAW), much earlier than previously expected. Both sought to "prematurely" to agree on a continuation of the 2016 expiring contract for the joint venture in Changchun, northeast China, Volkswagen said Thursday in Beijing.
