The 918 Spyder combines a combustion engine with electric drive on front and rear axle. The performance of all three drives together adds up to 770 hp. The consumption in the NEDC is expected to be approximately three liters per 100 kilometers, corresponding to CO2 emissions of 70 g / km. The monocoque carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) reduces weight and ensures rigidity and precision. Other features include fully variable aerodynamics, adaptive rear axle steering and which opens up the "Best Pipes" exhaust system.
