Last year the country celebrated its 50th Cruiser Birthday. With the launch of the V8 version on 21 April 2012 Toyota has revised the vehicle dramatically. The 4.5-liter turbodiesel has among others the world's first reversible wizard.
The 4461 cc big turbo diesel Land Cruiser V8 coupled to a six-speed automatic does, now 200 kW/272 hp at 3,600 rev / min, delivering 1600 to 2800 rev / min, a torque of 650 Nm. The engine complies with the Euro 5 emissions standard and is equipped with a particulate filter.

Factory Toyota Touch Pro also includes a digital DAB / DAB + tuner and a text message and e-mail and a text-to-speech function for messages. A rear view camera with dynamic Einparkführung is standard. Prices start at 74,500 euros.
